Software support is not as demanding as hardware support and typically if there is a fault in the software it has been there since the software was last updated.

None the less, when a problem is discovered you will want it fixed as soon as possible.

IVSTEL provides software support during normal Australian business hours.

     

    Diagnosis is performed by an IVSTEL engineer connecting to the equipment over the internet or by simulating the problem on an IVSTEL development system.

    Problems can be telephoned, e-mailed or faxed and are typically resolved within 24 hours.

    Critical out of hour problems can be directed to the IVSTEL 24x7 hardware support engineer to provide advice and an emergency work around.
