Often the systems we supply are critical for our customers operation and they lose money if the equipment fails.

Since 1998, IVSTEL has provided a 24 hour per day, 7 days a week hardware support system that operates nationally within Australia.

     

    We also have overseas customers that use this service where diagnosis is performed by an IVSTEL Engineer connecting to your equipment over the internet. Emergency on-site support and spares can be provided by a local IVSTEL partner.

    The IVSTEL support provides a response time of less than 15 minutes and data ready within 30 minutes. The system is designed to escalate if response or resolution targets are not met.
