The Nova PostPaid application from IVSTEL supports calls on a post-paid basis where the customer is billed after they have used the service.

Post-paid callers land on the Nova platform because:

• The caller has “Pre-selected” to use the platform and all calls will land on Nova; or
• The caller enters an ‘Override’ code before the destination number which directs the call to the platform; or
• The caller uses a ‘Mobile CLI card’ that similar to Pre-paid, uses an ‘in-dial’ number and Nova prompts for the destination number; or
• The caller is a ‘Wholesale’ customer and the call arrives on a specific incoming trunk.

When the call terminates, Nova adds the usage to the balance, updates its database in real time and generates a CDR for the call which is sent directly to the Nova Billing System or your existing billing system.
