MARS operates on a SUN Solaris Unix Server to control one or more Dialogic Excel Switches - CSP Converged Services Platform. The MARS system is a complete solution and no additional computers or external IVR systems are required. The Operator Consoles for MARS are Java GUI, which run on standard PC's connected to the same TCP/IP LAN as the Excel CSP switch. The Operator Consoles can be operated locally or from any remote location that has access to the LAN. |
